Rules

What Hyenaz Artz will do: 

• Heads, paws, footpaws, tails, and arm-sleeves 
• Any animal you can think of
• Claws, horns, antlers, hooves, and spines
• As many colors or details you need to make your character really shine
• Any special feature you can think of, including LED lights, speakers, voice changers, moving jaws, pose-able features, and more!
• Ship to anywhere in the world
• Accept some trades

• The down payment is 30% and non-refundable.
• Hyenazartz holds the right to terminate service for any reason.
• Refunds may be given out at my discretion.
• Hyenazartz will try to complete your commission in a timely manor but absolutely no deadlines are set in stone.
• If an order is canceled you will get a partial refund, and Hyenazartz may sell the finished product of your character to another buyer as a premade. but will change the name and some details. We are not stealing your character, just trying to make back some of the time and money spent on the commission.
• All money from the agreed upon payment plan must be sent in before Hyenazartz ship out the finished product.
• Hyenazartz reserves the right to decline any trade or offer.
• Progress updates and pictures will be sent every other week, or whenever a section of the project is completed.
• You have the right to request small changes and edits to the product while it's being made if the product does not meet your expectations or requirements.
• Hyenazartz is not responsible for any accidents or injuries sustained while wearing the completed costume, user discretion is advised.
• If you plan on re-selling the product, give Hyenazartz credit, and do not claim this product as your own creation.
• Hyenazartz has the right to add charges for difficulties and changes during the product's creation, however, no charges will be added if Hyenazartz is at fault for the issues (Examples of things that would add extra fees are as follows: Changing colors half way through, adding patterns that were not originally referenced, adding extra features, and etc.)
• Hyenazartz will not do tradebacks, but will do to the best of the ability to fix any trades to make the customer happy.
