Payment plans:
- To reserve a commission slot, we require a non-refundable 30% downpayment
- 100% of the payment plan must be paid off before the commission will be started.
- We prefer payment plans to be no longer than 3-6 months
- Our queue is ordered by who FULLY pays off their commission first, not who puts in their down payment first, so please keep in mind that if you have a longer payment plan, your commission may get pushed back a bit in the queue!
Extra fees:
- Hyenazartz has the right to add charges for difficulties and changes during the product's creation; however, no charges will be added if Hyenazartz is at fault for the issues.
- (Examples of things that would add extra fees: Changing colors after the furs have been purchased, adding patterns that were not originally referenced, requesting extra features, needing an earlier deadline, and etc.
- (Examples of things that would not add extra fees: Requesting to change furs before the suit is started because the colors don’t match the ref, requesting changes due to errors on our end, or any free features we may throw in)
Refunds and cancellations:
- Refunds may be given out at our reasonable discretion, but it will be handled on a case by case basis and a full refund is never guaranteed unless Hyenazartz is directly at fault.
- Hyenazarts holds the right to terminate service and issue a refund for any reason at any time.
- Refunds may not come all at once and may need to be done on a payment plan! We appreciate your patience!
- If an order is canceled after it has been started and is far enough along, then the design will be slightly modified and sold as a premade to acquire money for the refund.
- Canceling a commission or request for a refund may result in being added to our blacklist, depending on the situation. This doesn’t apply to refunds given because of mistakes on our end!
Turnaround time
- Progress updates and pictures will be sent on average twice a week minimum once your suit has been started.
- Our average turnaround time is around 3-6 months. Hyenazartz will try to complete your commission in a timely fashion, but absolutely no deadlines are set in stone.
- If you have a specific date you need your commission done by, we offer rush fee options that move your commission to the front of the queue, but this is still not a 100% guarantee, as life happens!
- If we miss the due date on a commission that had a rush fee, you may be issued a partial refund!
WIPs and changes
- If you request a current photo update of your commission any time after it has been started, then we must send it within 48hours of seeing the message!
- You have the right to request small changes and edits to the product while it's being made if the product does not meet your expectations or requirements.
- If you approve a WIP but change your mind and want to go back and make major changes later, then there will be extra charges, so if you have absolutely any concerns or critiques when asked, PLEASE BE HONEST!!
Reselling and Misc.
- If you plan on reselling the product, give Hyenazartz credit, and do not claim this product as your own creation.
- You are not allowed to sell a fursuit made by us for more than you paid for it unless a reasonable amount of extra value was added (extra art, suit parts, etc)
- Please let us know when you sell one of our suits! We would like to keep track of the new owner so that we can add them to chats and future fursuit family events!
- Hyenazartz is not responsible for any accidents or injuries sustained while wearing the completed costume; user discretion is advised.
Warranty and Care:
- If the fursuit becomes damaged by regular use within 6 months of completion, we will do the repairs for free (the owner must only pay the cost of shipping)
(If the instructions on the care sheet have not been followed properly, then the above is void)
- If the fursuit becomes damaged at the fault of the owner, then we can do repairs at a heavily reduced rate.
- If you want to commission a refurbishment in the future for a suit we have made, you will receive a 20% discount
